Franklin Hot Springs

Let me start with why this place is great: 1. Natural water! you can see the water coming form a well right into the pool, so there is no any kind of processing. 2. It's really clean. The water runs through the pool at fairly high rate, so it is as good as it gets. 3. Plenty of space. All kinds. Easy to park, the pool is large, plenty of space around to have a picnic. 4. Cheap. 5. Good restrooms/shows to change. 6. Stars! If you stay after sunsets, there is very little background light and you can see stars really well. 7. There are all kinds of people here. Families with young kids, seniors, couples. While it may look ratchet, it's actually well run in a sense it's safe and welcome for everyone. Why it's not for everyone: The cheap has the other side. The structures are basic. They all function great, just don't have the upscale feel and they won't look like a resort commercial on Instagram.
