Reviewed By TravelMan1234567The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, everything was good. Staff were nice. The room was small but this is to be expected from a roadside motel. Close to downtown and river walkway, so that was nice. I'd definitely stay there again.

Quick Description This is a water front Motel. Bayside Motel is a 3 minute drive from the Canadian Air force Museum, and an even quicker drive away from the Canadian Air Force Base Entrance. We are located only a few minutes away from the Bay of Quinte Golf and Country Club and the Bayview Golf Centre. Occasions by the Bay is less then 5 minutes away. Only 20 minute drive from the Prince Edward County Wine region. There are Barque facilities that are available. Along with fax and photocopying services, and a 24-hour reception. The property touches the Trent river, so it is great for people who love fishing, There are ground hogs, bunnies, and birds (like the great blue heron). That are constantly on the property and are great to see. Important Information Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may include additional charges.

Reviewed By Eugène LA small quiet motel in a quiet area. There is an access to a waterfront, and some guests were even fishing. Rooms are reasonably comfortable. There is at least one restaurant in a walking distance (Chef Eagle Bar & Grill). Personally, I would recommend this place.

Masterson's motel is one of the best places to stay in Napanee. With affordable and updated rooms with microwave, refridgrator, cofee makker, iron, free continental breakfast, , free high speed internet, over 200 TV channels and other services. Always an enjoyable stay, your comfort is our concern.

Reviewed By chrissiedxbWe stayed on a holiday long weekend and felt the price was hugely inflated. The lock on our door was broken, we could not secure it from the outside. The toilet seat and toilet roll holder were broken. The bath tap was hanging off, The shower had not been cleaned, there was old soap and spiders in the tub. The carpet was dirty and stained. We would not recommend staying here, the front desk just said thank you for bringing it to our attention!

Reviewed By Walter241We had read the many bad reviews and were quite apprehensive but needed a place and it was available so we booked. We made sure to see the room before checking in. It was a clean room with all the needed items for a nights stay. Only item that would have been nice would have been a coffee maker. It is an economy lodging place so everything is economy but still completely satisfactory and it was clean and smoke free. We had a good breakfast at the on site restaurant with friendly and prompt service. From our experience no one should hesitate to stay there.

Reviewed By 9163cindyrStopped along our trip on motorcycles. Owner gave us cute mini cabin. Super cute and perfect for 2 couples. Comfy bed. Clean. Coffee maker. Microwave. Mini fridge. Picnic table outside with bbq. Pool looks super clean and warm even tho we didn’t use it. Owner super friendly. Had a nice visit with him. Would recommend.

Nice Ma & Pa Motel
Reviewed By annmarieta78Stayed in room 14. It's an updated room w brand new furnishings. Brand new sofa, mattress, even bathroom fixtures updated! Clean and cozy. Only negative was the pillows being so soft... Could just either use two extra or newer plusher pillows... But honestly can't complain. It's great location for accessibility to base (which is why we are here). Accessible to amenities: food, shops etc. Owners were super helpful and friendly. For the price you pay, it's incredible. We've stayed previously at Motel 6 and Ramada in Trenton and both are in much worse shape and staff nowhere near as personable. :)

A bunch of scam artists looking to take your money
Reviewed By U4956LMrobertdWas looking for a pet friendly place for my daughter and her fiancee. They offered me a week to week rate, which worked well for them. I asked if they were pet friendly and they said yes but there would be a 200$ deposit. I said perfect. First week went well. The day after I paid 500$ for their 2nd week, they were yelling at my daughter, telling her to get out of the motel, as they are no longer pet friendly. They would give me my money back and they would refund my deposit either.
