They had a change in ownership this year which meant a change after more than 30 years of things I knew. What a change it was.First they changed the look of the restaurant by remodelling everything and making it a lot lighter and more modern.You have now at least two if not more people working at the same time.During the last couple of days I have been there twice and the restaurant was packed both times.Food comes out in a very reasonable time and it is excellent. No matter if you order an appertizer, a main or a dessert it is awesome.

Ate here numerous time, quite a favorite for the locals, you might want to call and reserve a table as this small tavern restaurant with its selection of Mediterranean cuisine can get quite full..try the Pola Pola and Greek wine..seems to taste better in there then in Greece..enjoy your meals there and the hospitality as you will likely come back there again.

Nach einem Pächterwechsel im November 2018 heiÃt das Restaurant jetzt auch die Gerbe Ristorante Olio e Pane (Ãl und Brot).Wir sind an einem Sonntagmittag um ca. 17:00 Uhr hingegangen.Das Restaurant ist geschmackvoll in grünen und weiÃen Farben eingerichtet. Hat zwei Stockwerke. Im Unteren Stock befindet sich in der Mitte die Theke. Die Tische stehen auÃen rum und sind eng gestellt. Das Ambiente hat uns gefallen. Die Speisekarte besteht hauptsächlich aus Burgern und Pizzas.Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Es war nur ein Tisch mit vier Personen besetzt. Es kamen aber noch weitere Gäste nach uns.Wir bestellten zwei gemischte Beilagensalate je 4,70⬠und zwei Pizzas je 11â¬.Die Salate waren frisch mit grünem Salat, Karotten, Tomatenvierten mit Balsamico.Die Marinade hat uns geschmeckt. Mehr Salatssorten hätte wir uns gewünscht. AuÃerdem wurde kein Brot dazu gereicht.Die Pizzas (Napoli, Quatroformagi) waren gut gebacken und belegt. Sie haben uns geschmeckt. Aber leider fehlte der Kräutergeschmack.Die Bedienung kam immer gleich an den Tisch wenn ein Teller leer gegessen war. Sie hat nicht gewartet bis beide Teller leer waren, was uns gestört hat. AuÃerdem hat sie nicht gefragt wie es uns geschmeckt hat.Alles zusammen bewerten wir unseren Besuch ganz gut aber es ist Nichts Besonderes.

Well decorated modern bar that had been taken over by a new manager just a few days before. Lovely friendly manager who made us feel welcome and had a lovely manner with the customers. We hope his business will be a success !! We only had a drink so don't know if food is served.

Nella piccola cittadina di Donaueschingen c'è questo piccolo angolo di italia gestito da calabresi. Non a caso la cucina proposta è di base italiana (da provare i piatti con i funghi porcini) ma con tante influenze della tradizione calabrese. Il locale, accogliente e confortevole, è pensato per una offerta a 360 gradi visto che si può anche mangiare una buona pizza e ha accanto un pub dove poter bere anche una birra di qualità . Prezzi onesti. Consigliatissimo.
