Después de 25 kilómetros haciendo el camino de Santiago, llegamos al albergue antes de reservar entramos en este restaurante para preguntar si podrÃamos comer. Nos dijeron que no habÃa problema, que nos registraramos y después fuéramos a comer... más concretamente: cerramos cocina a las 16h pero no hay problema sea la hora que sea... dejamos las mochilas en el albergue y fuimos a comer a las 15:55 Y nos dice... lo siento mucho pero ya no se puede comer... y asuntos quedamos blancos después de la caminata, nada para comer... ni si quiera un bocata de jamón. Asà que nos recomendaron otro restaurante que habÃa cerca... Varadoiro en que buena hora. Comentaré la comida en su sitio porque merece una mención especial y no agregada a este. Sobre el 5 jotas no irÃa ni muerto.

This is a very nicely decorated bar inside the hotel Pousada Real. In the summer it even has a terrace where you can enjoy a drink under the sun.I tried the bar during my stay as a guest of the hotel so I can talk about my experience on the food and service. I ordered a chicken salad from their Room Service menu and it was truly delicious, quite a big size and rich with lots of ingredients. All this for a very good price! I also tried their breakfast buffet (I believe anyone can go and have breakfast there as it was part of their menu). The amount of food I ate and the quality of every single thing I tried was superb. There was a very well made coffee which tasted delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh toasted bread, butter and jam, yogurt and muesli, fresh fruit salad, French pastries...Service was excellent, they always made sure I was enjoying my meal and asked if I needed anything else. It looks like a very cool place to go for a drink or have a glass of wine, there was a good selection of drinks and other nibbles and food dishes I'd love to try. I heard their burger is very good!Thank you very much for your assessment and comments. Our greatest reward is the satisfaction of our customers.We hope you visit us again and try more of our menu.

Cycling around Spain, it is not so easy to find cafe/restaurant serving lunch around 12-1pm. But we found this one by chance and was pleasantly surprised. We were the only one having lunch at this time, but this does not mean the restaurant is bad, in Spain this is too early for lunch. There is a menu in English on the outside entrance, where you can choose from around 50 items. Happy cheap eats cafe for pilgrims and all. Can get your pilgrim-passports stamped here and enroute to Santiago.

I shared the veggie pizza with a friend. It was tasty and surprisingly large given the price. First time I have ever seen a giant black olive placed on top of each slice. âºI had the ensalada mixta and it was great. Nice and large.My friend had an orange juice and it was fresh squeezed right then.A lot of food, we were VERY full when we left.

Words donât do justice to describe this hidden away restaurant. Itâs a fine dining experience without the fuss. If we lived locally this would be our favourite eating out place. Pilgrims welcome. Extraordinary meal prepared by a chef who clearly understands food and how to put ingredients together. Great value. Charming and knowledgeable front of house completes the picture. This restaurant is wonderful. The food and service is excellent. The menu has both traditional Galician and other cuisines, including vegetables and salads, with a great wine list. They catered easily for gluten free. The dessert menu was also terrific - the cheesecake is absolutely amazing!
