We read a great article in the Sunday paper that sung the praises of PizzaRoma and their Sunday Omelet Buffet so we decided to try it after church. Bad idea. We were seated and nobody acknowledge us after that. There were no less that 6 waitresses walk past us, must looked like they would rather be somewhere else. There were 2 tables seated after us who had waitresses take care of them even before the groups got seated. One finally stopped and asked in anyone got our drink order. We told her no and told her it was our first time there for the buffet. Her service skills bordered on zero. We asked how the buffet worked since it was not very clear and we received no menus. She told us to go up and the chef would make our omelet. No further explanation of suggestions. We placed a drink order but left without ordering because the level of service was so bad, I was afraid to try the food. I would have asked for a manager but it was apparent that nobody was in charge. I can't comment on the quality of the food because I did not wait around after the horrible service. Went to Cracker Barrel instead. They were super busy and we actually got service.

We love this place. The pizza is consistently good. They donât skimp on toppings. The staff is friendly. This is always our first choice for take out. (You can eat inside, too). So glad we have this place in Owensboro!

We were in Owensboro in the evening so did not get to experience the buffet that many reviewers liked so much. We ate in the restaurant and had excellent service, although the empty buffet and general atmosphere weren't very attractive. There was only one other table occupied, but it appeared that restaurant was very busy with to-go and delivery orders. We ordered a pepperoni pizza on their original crust and it was good, not great. The pepperoni and cheese were very tasty but I was disappointed that the sauce wasn't as flavorful. It was hard to eat, too, because the plastic forks were so thin and flimsy it was hard to stab the bites cut with the plastic knife. Perhaps picking up a pizza to go or visiting during the buffet times is a better way to experience Pizza by The Guy.Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, CurlieQ13prm. Our buffet is a big hit with customers so hopefully you are able to stop by and give it a try one day!

We were in Owensboro for a trip to Books A Million when my very picky eater daughter decided she was hungry. Fazoli's was about 2 blocks away so we stopped in for a quick lunch. The front clerk who took our order was very kind. The restaurant was clean. The portions were huge! Also, they brought extra breadsticks out with our order which made my daughter's day. It was a good Fazoli's.

Three of us came for dinner. We had gnocchi and pasta dishes. Sidney was our waitress. She was very pleasant and efficient. The food was brought our food out promptly. The dishes were hot when they arrived and the entrees were so large that we had to bring some home. We had a great dining experience. We'll be back!

I am a regular at Nikos because I think itâs the best restaurant in Owensboro. Such fun atmosphere and always great food. Lola and sons always make you feel welcome. Wish they had smaller meals in the evening for us older folks. My only complaint is the drink pricing...pretty pricey compared to other restaurants in town. But, itâs a great food place. Always send visitors there and theyâve always been happy.

I have visited this restaurant several times, and it is always tasty. I like the way you can order pizza by the slice, which is nice for traveling solo. I had the margherita pizza, which was delicious and vegetarian!
