Kvällen initierades med trevlig atmosfär och god mat i goda kusiners lag. Kvällen fick dock ett abrupt, och mycket tråkigt, avslut. För er som ej känner till konceptet så ombesörjs beställningar och betalning via en applikation. När sällskapet hade avslutat måltiden skulle betalning erläggas. Då information om kortuppgifter skulle sparas på respektive profil, vid betalning via applikation, valde samtliga i sällskapet betalningsalternativet "tillkalla kypare". Servitrisen, Maria, hade initialt en mycket dålig attityd, hon kom med kvittona i handen och snäste; det räcker med att en person väljer "tillkalla kypare, så skrivs samtliga kvitton ut!". Vilket inte framgått tidigare, då vi ej har ätit på restaurangen i fråga tidigare hade vi heller ej den informationen. Undertecknad tillfrågar sedan servitrisen Maria, hur kortuppgifterna lagras, hon uppger att dessa inte lagras, undertecknad ifrågasätter det, då det tydligt anges att kortuppgifterna kommer att lagras till nästkommande köp. Servitrisen går till personangrepp och säger; jag lovar, det är så, jag kan inte rå för hur du är som person!". Efter denna incident går hon till köket, baktalar sällskapet och nickar menande mot bordet vi sitter placerade vid. Otroligt tråkigt att inkompetent personal drar ner betyget, då upplevelsen i övrigt var trevlig. Kan tråkigt nog ej rekommendera restaurangen i fråga. En nyöppnad restaurant torde verka för att stärka ditt renommé, inte försvaga det.

This restaurant is in a superb location, itâs right next to the river. The building itself has a traditional Swedish look with a very relaxing feel inside.The food was fantastic, and at very reasonable price too. I would strongly recommend a visit here if you come to Nykoping as you certainly wonât be disappointed.

This restaurant is in a superb location, itâs right next to the river. The building itself has a traditional Swedish look with a very relaxing feel inside.The food was fantastic, and at very reasonable price too. This restaurant is in a superb location, itâs right next to the river. Yes, they serve Scandic food as well, but I´m happy that they have several nice other options to choose for traveller, who has eat too much of Scandic burgers. Dishes are very tasty, maybe size of the dishes could be a bit bigger, but cannot really complain. Staff is very friendly and service is fast.
