This little hidden treasure, just outside of Fremantle (south of the old Fremantle bridge), offers authentic Indian meals at reasonable prices. As a family of 5 we tasted the lamb korma, lamb rogan josh, panak paneer, bengali prawn curry and the chicken masala. We started with the mixed entree which was delicious, as were the garlic naans. Drinks were also very reasonably priced too. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

We go to Haandi very often and have never been let down. The Chicken Korma is amazing and so is the Butter Chicken (just my favourites but absolutely amazing). The staff is very friendly and helpful which adds to the experience! The restaurant is nice spaced with a family vibe, and everyone seem to dress very well :)

Have visited this restaurant a few times and I think it is one if the hidden gems of the Indian restaurant scene in Freo. The service is always close and attentive but not too close. There were 3 of us and we ordered Lamb Vindaloo, Dahl Makhani, rice and a naan bread, enuff food for 3 adults. Personally I think the Dahl Makhani (black dahl) is the best in Perth. The menu is full and well varied, BYO (no corkage charged), good parking on the street outside and all in all, a very good place for some very flavoursome Indian Nepalese food.

Saroor in South Fremantle has amazing Indian Food with a difference, try having a few of the starters like the fantastic Chat Samosa, combined with the amazing Tandoori lamb chops. The staff are just fantastic, there are nice seating areas outside, semi outside and inside. Agreat place for a lunch with a nice bar and cold beers on tap.

This restaurant was close to our accommodation and so good we eat here twice in one week.It is clearly extremely popular and having eaten here, I understand why. Our food was delicious and having eaten in many indian restaurants, I can confirm it was one of the best we've experienced.The staff were attentive without being overpowering. The food was beautifully cooked and arrived in a timely fashion. The house wine was excellent and whilst we lingered somewhat over the meal, we did not feel under pressure to eat up and get out quickly.The staff were amused by our slighty over zealous ordering and kindly arranged 'doggy bags' of our surplus food for us to eat the next day! ( Just as delicious then too!) My only regret is that as I was on holiday in Freo that I will not be back again for some time!
