Good for what I pay
Reviewed By MARITAH261It's Good for the price that I pay , stayed for 1 night and would recomend .it's within the town easy to walk,near to Gaisano and other amenities .Then next morning I travel to the airport maybe took me about 20 mins so it's not bad.

Has lost its way
Reviewed By Eddie IWas here a few years ago and this was a decent hotel with good rates. Now it is a half decent hotel with high rates and therefore just not worth it. Rooms equal to if not better than here are available at competing hotels within a few yards at less than half the price. Sure, it has newer paint and is perhaps a tad more clean but there can be no justification paying such high prices when the shower is cold, the internet does not work and the air conditioning unit is as loud as an airplane taking off. You can get all that for 900 pesos less across the road!

Surprisingly nice
Reviewed By Stephen BVery comfortable beds and good aircon. Wifi not bad. Great value. The view across the street is of a burnt out building. But for smokers ,there is a window you can use on the hallway if your on the 3rd floor or higher. They are easy going nice staff here. Good ice cream and ok breakfast.

What and absolute let down
Reviewed By tylersY4577AXWe booked an paid for a premier deluxe and was given a premium double 600 pesos difference that was overpaid. Room was not large and roomy as advertised rather very cramped. Bathroom was small and very hard for a disabled person to move around in. Customer service and making clients welcome here is obviously not a priority staff are very cold and distant very unusual for the Phillipines. Breakfast choices are very limited and other options very expensive. I certainly can not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Reviewed By krizzeryethbathroom is very dirty the TV has 3 channels only. room attendant didn't give you attention into your complains even hot water you need to pay. the room smells not so good try to be there twice and very disappointed.
