The hotel accepts Euros with a slight higher rate compare to change office. The Chief cook is very flexible. He can cook European as local food. You just need to plan ahead. For example you can place your order and request to be served at a certain time in the evening. This will allow them to buy fresh ingredient during the day if needed. The rooms are not 5 tars of course but clean enough. Your laundry can be hand over to the reception and collected back some hours later. I prefer the rooms which face the road as this is bringing a bit of lively atmosphere. There are rooms at level 3 with A/C, but the room without A/C are equally good because Bafoussam is very cold usually. There is WIFI but don't trust it. Cable is better. There is a desktop you can request to be sure you will have internet. If you are a professional who really needs wifi, it is better to purchase some of those locals modem to ensure you will be able to work properly. The place is safe. Others needs you just need to ask for. TV sets is still those old cathodics tubes , you can access several channels. Be aware that your room can may be have only 1 socket which is your TV socket. You could thing about multi socket in your luggage or sacrificing TV if you have to plug your device. They provide a soap every day. You need to bring your personal cream. The personnel doesn't speak English very well but understand very well and try to please the customers.

new hotel downtown gallery, it's a 4 star hotel with bar & restaurant in ground floor,conference halls,underground parking, 34 standard rooms, 5 Executive Rooms,5 junior suites, 1 presidential suite, panoramic terrasse with restaurant and bar.

Reviewed By worldvisitor2019I checked out of this hotel earlier on today and I must say it was a brief but great stay. The service I received from check-in till check-out was polite and courteous. When I checked in I was served by a very polite gentleman called Said. He also helped to take me up to my room which was nice and spacious. When I checked the bathroom, I realised he had given me a room adapted for people like myself with a disability. I had not requested it but he had been observant and thoughtful in selecting this room for me. The room has a beautiful cultural decor with earthy tones and was very clean. I had dinner at the restaurant and the food was good and well presented. The decor in the restaurant is really inviting with the distinctive woven basket light shades. Breakfast the next morning had a good selection and I was helped by one of the ladies who works at the restaurant. All in all a great stay which I would recommend to anyone visiting Bafoussam.

Reviewed By Lucio PStruttura veramente spartana, al di sotto degli standard. E' preferibile una soluzione di poche decine di euro più costosa a Bafoussam ma di (nettamente) migliore qualità rispetto a questa stamberga, che si chiama centre climatique (ma non pensate che vi siano delle terme dentro). Niente del genere. La corrente andava e veniva, così come l'acqua. Il ristorante alle 8 e 45 di sera ha chiuso e a stento sono riuscito ad ottenere qualcosa in camera. Prezzo: 90 euro mezza pensione. Un'enormità per quanto ricevuto.

Very good restaurant
Reviewed By Christian BThey had a good buffet and customer service was decent. We made a stop over at Bafoussam and we wanted to find a place to eat and the bike guy rode us to their restaurant. The buffet had many varieties not found in better hotels. The atmosphere was very nice.

Reviewed By AB34000L'hôtel est situé sur la rue principale et contigu à la gare routière. Animation assurée toute la nuit avec concert de klaxons, ronflement de moteurs et dombolo. L'hygiène est douteuse et l'eau chaude aux abonnés absents. À conseiller seulement si vous avez besoin d'être à proximité de la gare des bus, et si vous avez le sommeil lourd.
