We drove here on a rainy day in January. We met Audrey the owner who gave us some great background on the syrup production process and we tasted the different grades (lighter delicate flavour and darker stronger flavour) of syrup. Hands down best maple syrup I ever had and we bought some of each type to bring home. Highly recommend a visit here, lovely people and a great product.

Little River HotGlass Studio

My fiancé and I went on a whim and had an amazing time! We found this studio on a map of the Stowe area and after inquiring, found out that you can make your own pieces. Due to COVID restrictions there were some limitations, but even with the limitations there were a good amount of options. Michael was very fun to work with and made the experience that much better. He was very flexible with scheduling the time for us to come in and the session only took an hour. We did this the last day of our trip not realizing how long the pieces take to cool, and Michael arranged to have them shipped to our home. Would highly recommend to couples or a group looking for a unique experience.

Made a point to stop by after seeing some reviews and it was well worth it! The trail to get to the base of the hill was simple terrain laced with wooden planks to help get through the softer ground/water. That same path has some places to stop and see the river that is fed by the falls. It was a quiet and peaceful spot, even on busy days. I would, however, suggest shoes with good ankle support at the very least if you intend to head up and see the falls themselves. The path can be slick and the terrain, as you would have guessed, is quite rocky and jagged on the way up. Tje view is worth it though!

Gold Brook Covered Bridge (Emily's Covered Bridge)

Reviewed By Solutions123 - Austin, United States

We’ve seen some quaint covered wooden bridges in Vermont. Emily’s bridge was my favorite because there wasn’t any other tourist around, it was quiet and peaceful, simple, and has an interesting story. Did Emily commit suicidal or got thrown off her horse and die? We got there just before sunset. As I was reading the sign, I felt my husband’s presence behind me. When I turned around, he wasn’t behind me. He was in front of the bridge taking pictures. I took several pictures and a few pictures looked like there was a fuzzy spot in them. Could it be Emily’s ghost? We’ll never know.
