Luxurious yet needing attention
Reviewed By LeanneD551The standard double room was comfortable, modern and clean. Lovely shower!! However two single bed duvets for A double bed was not great. The service was outstanding, particularly from a waiter who spoke English in the restaurant. The heated pool was fabulous too. However the inclusive breakfast was disappointing as you choose one item per section meaning you have to select butter from section 1 if you want toast from section 3- for dinners you are compelled to eat at the restaurant as there are no other dining options nearby and you are charged for every little thing from bread rolls to butter to ketchup. Main meals were disappointing and expensive Dessert on the last night was outstanding!! Alcohol options also limited.. could not order a glass of red wine. Could only order a bottle at exhorbitant prices! Feel they rip guests off because it’s a captive market. Facilities are great- but a little run down. Could not access bicycles and you have to pay for saunas etc. Massages are also extremely expensive- basically the cost of a standard room. This coastline is drab and dull. Nothing to see except Backhisarai (definitely worth seeing) 25 km away. Was a relaxing stay and in summer when all facilities are maintained and set up it could be fabulous for families! Self catering villas are available which are lovely!!

Reviewed By G976RB_Мы столкнулись с очень странным поведением администрации этого гостевого дома. 1. Утром перед выездом выяснилось, что мы должны были сортировать мусор по пакетам. Хозяин сказал, что принесет нам пакеты, чтобы мы перебирали свой мусор. 2. Затем нам сказали, что принесут шланг и надо помыть беседку. Конечно, идеальной чистоты мы после себя не оставили, но все было в пределах разумного. 3 . С нами были дополнительные люди, за которых доплачивается по 500р/чел(информация на сайте). Мы согласны, что за доп. места надо платить. НО! В итоге, с нас потребовали заплатить по 1000р/чел. Внятного ответа на вопрос, почему на сайте 500р, а на деле 1000р мы так и не услышали. 4. И это все при том, что утром не было воды, умыться невозможно, даже смыть туалет! С бассейна открывается красивый вид, и все было бы хорошо, но вода в нем грязная и холодная. Само расположение гостевого дома хорошее, природа шикарная. Домики неплохие, есть все необходимое для отдыха.

Reviewed By Andrey SПусто и практически нет отдыхающих. Несколько лет назад все было по другому. Набережную облагородили, половину палаток убрали. В целом все сделали для отдыха, но народ все равно не едет... Цены просто ломовые, может поэтому и никто не едет...;(
