Went there because of the kids and regretted ihr directly... Paid almost 30$ and the table was dirty, the high chair completely stained...Nether the less the two older kids enjoyed the playground and also the food, even though they were not really happy with the food... They liked the others restaurants in Lake Entrance much better....Hi Muskote,I'm sorry to hear about your experience at the restaurant. I will be following up with the managers who were on this day and make sure we get the high chair cleaned or replaced. Hope to see you again to provide you with a better experience!

The Barn at Kalimna is nestled inside the "REAL Garden & Outdoors Complex" on the corner of Comers Road and Princes Highway, Kailmna, just outside Lakes Entrance. It serves a variety of breakfast and lunch meals to sort all tastes, a variety of local and
Once a month or so this friendly restaurant do a themed cuisine night. On 29th June it was Indian and the food was delicious. Not big serves but sufficient for the average person (no good for people with large appetites). Staff so friendly, location close to Lakes Entrance, comfortable and pleasant aesthetics. Next theme rumoured to be Thai and my husband and I will be booking early. Normally breakfast is from 8-11 and lunch from 11-3, and dinners only on themed nights. Highly recommended. Thank you for your post. Our Thai night is Fri Jul 12. The menu is a choice of Tom Yum soup or Tom Kha Gai soup. Main is a mild beef massaman or medium green vegetable curry or hot red seafood curry each with rice and roti. Dessert is a brulee with lime and mint sorbet. Hope to see you at the Thai night.CheersThe Barn Team

Out for a walk decided to have brunch. Nice mocha (white chocolate), hot chocolate and breakfast was good. Friendly staff, nice setting, inside and outside options available. Well priced.

A charming old style cafe nestled in an antique / op shop environment. The big breakfast should have been name âhugeâ. I have never had scrambled eggs so fluffy. Loads of bacon and mushroom, a full tomato, sausage on your choice of bread. Coffee was a little bitter but acceptable. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a good value breakfast.

18 months since I last visited. Very busy the first morning I walked past and busy again the next morning when i stopped.$18 for the Eggs Atlantic. Side of mushrooms (can?) were average in taste, salmon was on the side and there was very little spinach and served on a very thin piece of toast. It was fine but could have been so much better. Coffee was decent.

I had the eggs benny and a bango smoothie. Both were excellent. Sitting outside on a warm morning with a nice view of the North Arm was the perfect start to my birthday. The service was friendly as well.
