Reptile World is incredible!!! Great for families and kids LOVE IT....I have been going there over 30 years. Even my Grandchildren have been. We live in Dallas area, but when we are in Orlando area we ALWAYS stop to see George and the facility. Honestly this place and George and his wife are TREASURES!! I was in Ft morgan, Al. and came across a snake and hard as I Tried, I could not identify it...on a whim, I thought, "call George" and I did. He was preparing for a show but said text me a picture and after the show, will look at it and see if I can ID ir for you. Mind you George did not know me from Adam...But, thats George. A great soul, doing God's work helping to save lives and educating people about reptiles...Don't go to Disney without popping over to St. Cloud...you will glad you did!

Nice quiet place, not a lot of people, great view. Nice place for a pic-nic or just sitting at one of the benches and enjoying the breeze. If you like to watch nature you will see a variety of birds, turtles and sometimes an alligator or two.

Peghorn Nature Park

Reviewed By lesliecJ1255JQ - Zellwood, United States

The best part of Peghorn Park is their Halloween ???? Season Haunted Trail and Activities....Although The Park is amazing year-round. It's absolutely a must for children, as they learn historical info., along w/a barrage of other inclusive & important things about rural living both "back in the day", as well as how we live NOW in The Country. Adults that aren't from rural backgrounds or don't know much about this history will for sure find it also informative *& intruiging. It's a win all-around because even those from here visiting all the time just to walk the trail & be out in a safe space where you can enjoy nature w/o having to travel way out if town(a.k.a.,the city limits). I totally recommend! It's always been a very cool spot, with kind people, like most of our colorful, generational natives here.
