The restaurant itself and the customer service was great.Such a shame, we just did not enjoy the meal. In our opinion;The Kaala (Black) Daal wasnât particularly tasty and unnecessarily creamy.The lamb curry was ok - bland.The prawn Biryani was just dry and powdery.We did enjoy the poppadum and the condiments - our favourite by far.Hi there, thank you very much for your review! Food here was absolutely brilliant.I love an extremely good Indian meal and this one was served excellently. The taste was unbelievable and exactly to my liking.Chicken was soft and tender and so tasty.One small thing which stopped me giving full rating was the rice was barely warm.

We have visited this restaurant on a few occasions now, some of the best service weâve ever received. Restaurant is clean and tidy.Great selection on the menu, and youâre not waiting too long between dishes being served to your table either. Value for money is good, and tastes like a traditional curry. Portion sizes are fantastic too. You almost feel like part of the family when you visit and always made to feel welcome. Weâre looking forward to our next visit already.

Taken by a friend therefore this was my first visit. Friendly welcome back the many varied dishes are explained and tailored to your taste. Quality is excellent and the quantity more than generous for the price. Seating is limited and the rear of the restaurant can be quite dark during the day, but no doubt well lit at night. Reviews reflect what a gem this place is, and if you have a passion for well presented Indian food at very reasonable prices you will be hard pressed to find better. My friend certainly did me a favor and I will definitely be back. Thank you.

A group of seven friends dined to celebrate a birthday. As in previous visits, the food and service were excellent.Three were vegetarian, and had no difficulty in making suitable selections. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating.We shall be back!

This is a good local Indian on the A20 in Harrietsham with a restaurant and a busy takeway trade. Kingfisher and Cobra beers are on tap and there is an adequate car park.
