We booked the standard ride online and Lorenzo came to meet us at the location at 17:00. A man of few words as some other reviewer puts it, but in a very good way! I think some of the other reviews seem very unfair and maybe written by people with weird expectations. Or perhaps they should rather have gone to the more American style fake "beach ride" some other place on the island. Our guide seems to care most about the horses and safety than to be a noisy entertainer, but the does so also with a great sense of humour and a calming mood. He chose horses according our different skill level and made sure we got to "know them" a bit before the ride. The ride was really nice through fields of the "real" Mallorca. The horses behaved well and it was easy for me as a newbie to steer and trot. Afterwords we were treated with free mosquito spray which we of course had forgotten to bring ourselves, Lorenzo helped us with photos etc and it was a really great experience!
