This was an amazing experience hiking in the Páramo. The frailejones are wonderful to see and we experienced a wide swing in altitude and weather which was cool. Everything from warm sunshine to rain to hail. The Lagunas were great places to stop for a break and we saw very few other hikers on the trail. A great day and so close to Bogota.
