Iera Odos Art Cafe-Bar

Because,if you have not already chosen it as a place to stay, your travels will definitely bring you to Pythagorion, you must definitely live the experience that the unique Art Cafe-Bar "Iera Odos" will offer you. Because, here, the ritual already begins at the name. Iera Odos was the name of the road leading from the ancient city to Heraion. Follow the footsteps of history and go to a unique place. In a proprietary stone mansion of 1912, where Kostas and Lena have created their paradise with taste and much love, hoping to become the paradise of every visitor. The restoration was done with respect for tradition and a deep sense of the cultural gravity of the place. Matching neoclassical island architectural elements, the aesthetic conveys Greece in every corner.Pass the doorstep of Iera Odos and let the fabulous flavors and pleasures enchant you. Single malt whiskies, Blended Malt, Blended Scotch, Irish and Bourbons. A great collection of Aged Rums, Hand-crafted premium Gin, X.O. and V.s.o.p. Cognac, Ultra Premium Vodka and Tequila!!! Cocktails! Aperitifs! Digestifs! Long drinks! Beers! Authentic Italian coffee, traditional pancakes, salads, exquisite varieties of sausages and cheeses, homemade desserts, fruit drinks, iced teas, chocolate, rakomelo and, of course, a wine cellar with the finest wines, and cocktails based on the worldwide famous mellow Samian wine.Select a table in the small balcony overlooking the Tunnel and Spiliani or on the terrace on the other side, over the garden with the church of Transfiguration, the Castle of Lycurgos Logothetis and the full moon, in the background. It is certain that the morning you will find there and the experience will be unforgettable...........

If you are looking for a bar with an amazing atmosphere, great drinks and staff that care for the customer this is the place to go. Personal experience: forgot my sunglasses here and the owner, Dimitri, called our hotel to let them know that we had forgotten them at his bar. 100/10 helpfulness and care for customers. Also, amazing drinks for a great price with a great view. Best bar in Pythagorio!

Tunnel of Eupalinos

4000ft long Aquaduct Tunnel 'often compared to the Wonders of the World' as it is one of only two tunnels in history that was excavated from both ends and met in the middle with success (and this was in 6thCenturyBC - before any kind of mapping or surveying)!

A fascinating archaeological site - mind your head - It's also pleasently cool if you travel in the summer!
