We met friends here for lunch recently. Shakespeare's recently celebrated their 50th anniversary so they must be doing something right. It is "old school" ... beautifully set tables with lovely refined service. Food was tasty and very nicely prepared and presented. Would like to try it for dinner sometime.

Recently ate Dinner here for a family birthday party. Chicken Quesadilla made me sick, spent the whole next day running to the bathroom. Never going back !Thank you for letting us know and Iâm not sure what happened? I really wished you would have called us immediately the next day so that we could investigate ... This place looks the same as it did when Fred Purser and the Washingtons were playing regularly. Food is good, but expensive. Place has a bit of a musty smell.

We took the family to The Keg to celebrate our grandsonâs graduation. I have never had a bad meal in a Keg since my first visit to the original Keg and Cleaver in North Vancouver. Our sever, Ashley was very personable and helpful, enhancing our dining experience. Our steaks were perfect and even the younger kids cleaned their plates. They have a nice, reasonably priced wine list and good desserts. If you havenât tried it you should go.

We regularly visit Canada, from the uk, to visit family and one of the things we always do is have a family meal at The Keg. The 3 cheese garlic butter, the garlic bread, shrimps, mushrooms and the steaks here are just amazing. I had the halibut this time too which was just cooked perfectly. Our waitress was lovely and attentive and nothing was any bother. We all loved our meal and will be sure to return again next time. Thank you.

Wonderful historic grand house - it is said tat Al Capone ran liqueur here back in the day! On the waterfront of Lake Ontario east of Hamilton. Good place for a romantic lunch or dinner. Good place for a wedding. Good outside space for ceremony by water.
