Took my wife out to eat here on a Saturday evening recently. We made reservations, but the place is fairly large, so reservations were probably not needed. Steaks were excellent. Prices were reasonable, and the meals came with sides which was nice. Our server was very nice, but he did not hear my wife's appetizer order for some reason and it took a little too long for us to get our check. However, I consider those to be minor issues and it would not prevent us from eating here again if we are in the area.

Dined here recently whilst on holiday staying in Apopka. From the moment I walked in I was impressed. The atmosphere was great, the staff were very friendly and when I tasted the steak it was delicious. We were a group of 6 and got seated in a booth and our server was extremely patient with one of our party who could'nt order for himself due to being intoxicated and struggling to understand the servers questions. He was polite and very attentive at all times. When the food arrived it was possibly the best tasting steak i have ever had so much flavour and cooked to perfection. The portion size was just right for me but my wife had to ask for a box to the take her leftovers home. We all enjoyed our meal and wished we had come here at the start of our holiday rather than the second last night because we would have returned several times without a shadow of a doubt. All in all if you love steak you have to come here no questions about it, absolutely superb!

Good thing the personnel are wonderful as the food is mediocre at best. Food arrived not very hot which was surprising as it was on a sizzle platter. Hangar steak was OK but I've had much better. With great restaurants near by there's no good reason to eat at Omaha

There were 14 of us , celebrating my husband's 80th Birthday! His children and grandchildren were all in attendance, what a blast!! Everyone enjoyed their selections, and the servers that we had, they were very helpful! We had appetizers, salads, entree's and of course, wine and cocktails!

Tonight was my birthday and I can honestly say that this was absolute worse experiences that Iâve ever had with the Kobeâs franchise and Iâve been coming for years For starters we ordered drinks that we received completely watered down. I explained to the waitress our distaste for the drinks, who then returned and said that the manager refused to remake the drinks, which I found to be less that accommodating for reasons unbeknownst to me. I guess if a customer is unhappy, their just supposed to deal with it, which I consider to be very poor management. Secondly, I explained to our waitress Cheryl that I was allergic to shrimp upon placing my order. However, to my disbelief the server Hatsody cooked my food along side shrimp. I could only pray to God that I didnât have an allergic reaction from their negligence. Not to mention, I had to continuously ask the waitress for eel sauce for my sushi and the cook basically over cooked my lobster as well as my momâs steak. The overall experience was very disheartening and disappointing. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed during your recent visit with us.
