Texas Rock Gym

Texas Rock Gym has been a part of the Houston climbing community for over 20 years. Within that time we have taught, coached, and hosted thousands of climbers. We offer 42 rope stations with about 3 routes per station of varying grades, a lead arch, extended lead areas, and a dedicated boulder area. We also offer group events like party packages, lock-ins, team building events, and group climbing packages. We provide various classes extending from climbing and yoga to Tai-Chi, Kung-Fu, and Aikido. Members can take any of these classes for free and receive a considerable discount for climbing classes. We strive to offer our community a healthy and safe place to train together. The atmosphere of the gym is important to us, as is the fact that we consider ourselves a “family” gym. We want to know our customers, and many of the staff have developed long-term friendships with our regulars. This is more than just working out or climbing, it’s a lifestyle and we want you to be part of it.
