I am Noémie and I share with a very playful approach Yoga lessons (postures, concentration games, relaxation ...) with kids from 3 to 10 years old: in group or private lessons. I also pass on family Yoga for an accomplice break: parents / children and parents / babies (or grandparents, siblings, aunties, etc.). Also on sunny days outdoors (park and beach). I also offer home lessons, sometimes related to emotion management or a birthday.
