After a difficult period of feeling very mentally ‘stuck’ during COVID 19, I received a distant energy healing from Nicola. Not only did she help me at short notice, her powerful treatment literally transformed my state. Thank you, I am so grateful ???? Nicola has a unique talent of sensing exactly what you need at that time. Following the treatment she shared some very interesting revelations with me. Her incredible kindness, thought and care really do shine through in her healing. She has a gentle strength combined with a genuine need and enjoyment of healing; a gorgeous combo.

Been here a few times now. Set in the leisure centre which may put some folk off but rest assured a very pleasant spa awaits. Very clean facilities and very spacious. Crystal steam room is brilliant. Jacuzzi is massive too! Nice chill out room and lots of treatments available too. I have sampled hot stone massage and full body both excellent at very reasonable prices. I also had an express facial included in a deal which was also very good. It’s really laid back the times I have been and very relaxing. I would rate this spa far better than a lot of the reputable hotels around this area. Would certainly recommend this spa to others.

Had a great induction with Jordan today. As a gym newbie Jordan was very helpful, enthusiastic & explained everything. Nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to the gym & classes.
