We came past here for food, etc for our holiday so we could make our own lunch and dinner. Great little store and the homemade baking was incredible. We kept dropping by to have more of the baking done by the owners of the store. The Bailey's Rum ball was so amazing, the lemon tart was zesty and yum and the caramel tart was incredible. Definitely go here if only to eat the baked goods, so damn good!

Croc Stock and Barra

Beautiful crocodile and other products. Aaron was amazing - he is super knowledgeable about where the skins come from and makes many of the things himself. Wide range of products - I bought a couple of stunning belts at reasonable prices. Well worth calling in to if you’re on Magnetic Island

Horseshoe Bay Markets

Our first bus trip after arriving on the Island took us to Horseshoe Bay ~ disembarking just where the local market began ~ and we spent hours wandering the shaded beachfront path ~ stopping to check out wares and chat with friendly stall holders. There was a huge variety of crafts available and what was even better ~ original ideas ~ not just the ‘same ol same ol’ often seen ~ as well there was a great band entertaining everyone and Malaysian influenced take away with plenty of seating to enjoy the music and passing parade! The setting is just wonderful ~ but the market is just an added gem!
