I can’t recommend this activity enough. I booked it for my husbands birthday, me and our 7 year old son came along too. It was absolutely fantastic, an incredible way to see the beauty of the lake. It felt safe and my husband thought the trike was pretty easy to drive. An experience none of us will forget and fantastic value for money - thank you!

I would give a 0 star rating if I could. I booked the Cosmopolitan Milan excursion through Tui who use Europlan. I got to where I needed to be for the coach, we were supposed to leave at 9:15 so I arrived five minutes early. I waited until 9:30 and the only person to stop for the whole time was a taxi that said Sirmione on the side, the driver said something in Italian, presumably asking if I'd ordered a taxi? and drove off. If that was it he was gone, but I was expecting a proper coach for a 'coach trip', not a questionable looking taxi cab with a driver who can't even speak English! On an English speaking tour! I texted the Tui rep who, as it turned out, was in the building just next door so he came out to speak to me. He got on the phone with Europlan and told then I was where I needed to be, and on time. He could only say he did not know how but I have missed the coach and they can't come back for me. I had planned my holiday around this excursion, I have two more booked with Tui before I go home (also with Europlan) and this has thrown out my faith in you!!

We were two couples who planned to spend the day riding the trikes visiting different wineries and exploring the Bardolino wine trails. When we arrived at the gas station and saw the amazing trikes I noticed they were stick shift, not automatic. My fault, little girl who learned to drive in my parent's car, automatic. We were going to take two trikes, but only one of us knew how to drive a stick. The operator was prepared to refund all our money immediately, but we were all so saddened by the turn of events. As a means of pleasing us, he made a wonderful suggestion. He asked if we could come back in an hour, when his partner returned. They would then take us on a two hour tour through the mountains and along the lake. We all agreed and returned after a brief stroll through Bardolino for a light lunch. We never would have found the areas, roads and views we were treated to, had we driven ourselves. The trikes are great fun. If you know how to drive stick, or more accurately, a motorcycle, go for doing it, yourself. If not, I strongly suggest you do this for the two hour tour, as passengers. I took a live video at one point, but it's on a different social media. I will try to upload it or send it to the operator. Great fun!!!

We found this bike rental by chance. It is close to the centre plaza and could be missed. It has been a super experience. The bikes are in great shape. We rented them for a whole day (30EUR) and they came with good helmets and panniers. The fat tubes run smoothly over Verona's cobblestone streets and the edrive gets you up the hills in no time. A very friendly owner/manager gave us great tips for the area (vineries, restaurants, gardens). All together the bikes allowed us a leisurely/fun trip the through the hills of Valpolicella - regularly stopping for great food and wine. Would recommend to anyone - fit or not.
