We went without reservation at the Menteng location during lunch time. They took us in. The dining room was beautiful. We encountered mostly local people, and a few tourists. My husband and I did not order the full set. Perhaps that is why we found the price extremely reasonable. We do not eat meat. Our order was one set plate with fish, vegetable, sea food, and rice, One Cassava leaf cooked coconut milk, two fruit juices. Quantity was sufficient, taste was great. One thing I found lacking was service. No one ever went to any table to ask how is everything. It was not too busy. But I would go back again because food was delicious and the price was less than $34 (USD).

Their fish and chips is delicious traditional fish and chips, otherwise they have others delightful fish and chips menu with local sambal (local spicy condiments) or appealing international seafood menu with paella or mashed potato. They also served kids menu, desserts and free flow drinks (selected items beverages menu).Restaurant decoration like a boat, container, sea side, blue, blue sky and it's attractive venue.About the price, it's quiet pricy but overall it's recommended.

My last visit about 5 years back held memories of their super good fish head curry. Back again for golf in Jakarta, it was a must visit. The fruits seller are still up front and this time we bought some very good mangosteen. We had about 7 dishes for the 5 of us. This time round we were able to test their 'famous' toufu. Of course, fish head curry is a must but this time round, it was not as memorable. Nonetheless, it was good to be back. Also, they have been so accommodating to allow us to drink our BYO wine.

A luxury Japanese teriyaki restaurant in hotel Mulia. The sashimi is really fresh and tasty. The fried stuff, such as shrimp, vegetables and tempura are crispy and yummy. You must try the teriyaki cuisine since you can pick up what you want, like seafood, lobster, vegetables, beef and chicken first. The chef will cook them for you. All fresh and delicious. The special âWine Aroundâ evening event at the Sugar and Spice restaurant featured the award winning Trapiche which is Argentinaâs largest wine producer. This was reason enough to acquaint myself with the new InterContinental hotel in Pondok Indah.The four wines featured were perfectly paired with exquisitely presented dishes. Two food items were especially prepared for me as I didnât want to eat the meat items offered. This was highly appreciated. The first course was introduced as âBoston lobster âBelle Vueâ with mango-sago salsa, and basil espumaâ. It was a work of art. The second offering was âLine-caught 'Catch of the day' with curried cauliflower mousseline, green asparagus and carrot butter. Can perfection be surpassed? And we had two more wonderful dishes to go.I can not recommend this restaurant more highly. The ambiance was elegant and the selection of international food on offer was enticingly displayed.The waiters without fault were attentive, helpful and polite. Mr. Oki Sudrajat was particularly informative and made us feel relaxed and at home.Thank you for that.
