This restaurant is just 100 meters away from La Bokaina and the chef Carlos is also the chef of La Bokaina. His running this restaurant during evenings and it is great. Carlos' from Equador and he is often mixing Caribbean style food with a Equadorian flavors. You have to try his ceviche which is truly world class.
He also makes great drinks. His Pina Coladas is to die for.
The prices are also quite low considering the quality of the food (especially if you get a exchange rate on the black market).
Highly recommended!

I think this place has the chef that ran Boku, which LP raved about. It's primo cuisine and only 25% more than you'll pay in more standard places. We're here in Choroni right now, there are n ext to no back packers, just Venezuelans, it's awesome. We'll go to Cayene, and a few others over the next week (we're here for 2 weeks) and I'll give you some more feedback. (this text box needs to be much bigger btw)

Service at the main restaurant location was disorganized and slow. However, there is a second, smaller second location on a side street a couple of blocks closer to the sea wall. Surprisingly the same menu, cooked at an open kitchen you can view. Fantastic, friendly service, great music, great drinks - all a short walk back to the crowds at the seawall. Pricey drinks but they were good! This was a favorite spot and I look forward to returning.

Que quieres salir a tomarte algo en la noche después de estar en la plata todo el dia? Pues este es el sitio variedad de tragos excelente ambiente mototero aire acondicionado gente bonita y muy buena música hasta tarde te lo recomiendo.
Consejo: cena en otro lugar la verdad a mi gusto las hamburguesas (la especialidad de la casa) no son buenas pide algo para picar con los tragos y disfruta del ambiente.
