Very popular Italian pizzeria on the Mt LAWLEY strip. Had a large range of pizzas - wood fired. Average price. Also has pastas, starters & some mains. We only ordered pizzas. Consider ourselves pizza connoisseurs. The base was good but overall the pizzas lacked flavour. Not sure why - lack of seasoning?

Visited here for a drink on our way to dinnerFunky setup downstairs in basement. A lot of thought has been put into this place and it has a great vibe.Enter via the phone box entrance...we had a little trouble spotting it.Disappointed we didnât stay for some pizza as it smelt amazing!

It was a hot muggy Sunday. Lunch at Funtastico was the group decision. Guys had ice cold Peroni, served in tall glasses. Girls had an SSB. Our excellent waitress with a wonderful Italian accent served us. We just kept asking her to say ... Grilled...in her Italian accent. Two muscle dishes with yummy char âgrilllllledâ bread were ordered. I had the pasta special with lamb shoulder. Saltimbocca was the other order. All dishes were superb with great rich flavour filled sauces. Service was attentive and friendly. Thanks for a great lunch.

This place is intriguing. Unfortunately on the occasion we ventured there, there was a dispute between the owners, and it was spilling out.The venue is ok for an afternoon beverage. The food is very average and probably wouldn't eat there again. Very pricey and very over rated.

This is such a great casual Italian restaurant. Very authentic with great menu specials.My partner and I always like to get a spot at the bar and soak in the buzzing atmosphere. Staff are always attentive and offer great advice on trying new wines. Their pizzas are outstanding but highly recommend trying something different from their specials like chicken liver pate to start or the linguini vongole! This Perth local is such an understated treat every time.

Will never go back Arrogant waitresses not friendly at all !! Had prawns which I donât think were Australian prawns and had my first ever food reaction in my life ,, the cocktails are Not cocktails they are just spirits with a mixer ,, what a long journey for a waste of time !!Hi jayr658,Thank you for taking your time to write us a review. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your experience here at Woodpeckers.We are disappointed that you have decided to leave us your complaints here, despite our efforts to accommodate your requests - basically customising a pasta of your own with cream, chilli and seafood, the waitress was also going back from the table to kitchen multiple times to make sure that the chef would be okay to make an exception and cook a dish that was not on the menu, checking with your table a few times throughout the evening and asked if things were enjoyable; yet we did not manage to get any feedback that could help us get things fixed on the spot for you.Cocktails that you've ordered, Tennessee Mule and Sex on the beach, were both made by the bar manager with over 10 years experience with our popular recipe using juices, liquors, vodka, ginger beer.
