Arriving late on a business trip we were hungryRoma did not disappoint.We made the mistake of ordering starters and mains and without exception none of our party could finish their meals,All of which were excellent.Particular note was the bruchetta which is huge , the hot pizza which is huge and the mixed baked pasta which is huge .. all excellent.Not a bad house red either Looking forward to going back

Sympathischer Wirt ! Die Pizzas waren diesmal erstaunlich schnell fertig. Der Rand war nicht richtig aufgegangen. Vielleicht wurden nicht abgeholte Pizzas aufgewärmt oder minderwertigere Zutaten verwendet. Jedenfalls schmeckte es nicht so gut wie sonst. Schade - er ist sonst der Beste in Schramberg. Vielleicht nächstes Mal wieder.........

Had 4 pizza's with my family and a 1 big salad as a starter.Pizza's had an acceptable taste but the toppings were undersized and salad below standard therefore poor price quality ratio. The major disappointment however turned out to be the bill. When we checked the handwritten receipt the Italian waiter had added 1 euro on average for half of the meal items so we were ripped off 5-6 euros. Felt afterwards as if we had visited a spoiled Italian tourist place. The waiter also felt himself too good for this job.

Wir wurden flott und freundlich bedient, das Essen war ok und die Aussicht auf die Flugzeuge ist fantastisch. Leider lies sich zum Bezahlen lange niemand blicken. Mein Urteil heute: Ambiente = 5 Punkte, Service = 4 Punkte und Essen = 3 Punkte - macht im Schnitt immer noch ein sehr gut !

This is an Italian restaurent whose owners come from the region of Brindisi.The menu consists of a variety of dishes of salad, pizza, pasta and meat. What ever you choose you will not be disappointed. They know how to cook and the service too is excellent.

Not the most atmospheric restaurant in Schiltach, but it was a more inviting prospect for dinner than two bland-looking restaurants in the village centre and Zum Weyssen Rössle which oddly turned us away saying their dining room was open only to people staying in their hotel. The restaurant at the ancient Gasthaus Sonne on the main square was very attractive but unfortunately was closed. Another cute traditional German option is the restaurant at Zur Alten Brücke - which we didnât spot until the following morning.We enjoyed Alter Fritzâs schnitzel and chips, draught beer and good white and red house wine, reasonably priced at â¬3.90 a quarter litre. Comfortable booth seating and friendly, efficient service. The bill for two was â¬38.80.
