For Spring Break, my family of 4 traveled to Antigua, Guatemala. We were lucky to locate ViaGuate as our transportation and tour provider. Hernan, the owner/manager, was very responsive to our needs throughout our travel. Alejandro, one of his tour guides, spoke very good English, provided excellent tour services, and even provided great local recommendations for shops and restaurants. We used ViaGuate for our airport transportation services as well as private tours of Picaya Volcano, Monterrico Beach, Lake Atitlan, and the Iximche ruins. I would highly recommend ViaGuate and all of these tours. Thanks again Hernan and Alejandro for your excellent service!

We came across this coffee workshop by chance and are so glad we did!! We learnt so much about the different processes in coffee and the different types of coffee in Guatemala. This workshop is great as its really practical- you get to do everything yourself from hand grinding the beans, to the many different brewing techniques. I had very little knowledge before on the different kit you can use at home to brew great coffee - in this workshop you get to make coffee with 3 at home kits (chemex, V60 and aeropress). The staff are super friendly with amazing English and Jorge is super knowledgeable on everything coffee!! The coffee is amazing - so good you don’t need milk, which i wouldn’t dream about back in London. I am super excited to try everything I learnt at home and you get instructions to bring home so you dont need to worry about remembering it all. I am glad our volcano trek was postponed due to the weather otherwise we might not of stumbled upon this workshop!
