Ate at Infuzions for first time in a year. Had made online booking which they had not received (suggest checking) - but they found us a table. Food was good but I felt prices had gone up a little. $170 for 4, byo wine. Not over the top but up a little. Always nice environment and friendly service.

Where alternative rock meets unexpected Japanese. Kid Kyoto, a rebellious Japanese izakaya themed by music of the 80's and 90's - an era that encouraged its listeners to be different - turns up the heat on contemporary Japanese cuisine. Head Chef Rhys and
This place came highly recommended ... and now it's my turn to make the highest recommendation. Far out! Seriously amazing, innovative and delicious Japanese food! Funky vibe, great service and absolutely phenomenal tastes! I will be heading back at the first available opportunity. Whatever salts or sauces they grill their edamame in is beyond! Get as many share plates as you can! The mushroom skewers were awesome; the sauce the snapper was served in I wanted to have as a soup! And the curry powder on the lotus chips ... OMG! I can't wait to go back!

Tetsuya's serves a Degustation menu of Eight courses. The menu is unique and is based on the Japanese philosophy of using natural seasonal flavours enhanced by classic French technique and utilising the freshest possible ingredients. Tetsuya designed his
The food was FABULOUS....!!! Unfortunately, despite the well-groomed and obvious experience in the wait staff, they were somewhat ambivalent toward us - each paying $240 for food alone one would expect a little warmth toward the guest....none...!!!As we sat, we were asked if we were celebrating something special to which we replied yes, we were - at no point did the ask what we were celebrating or if we enjoyed the course as it was cleared....just going through the motions of clearing and delivering the next course...!!! Scripted descriptions of the delivered food with zero interaction....!!Sadly, we had been looking forward to this dining experience for ages and we were extremely disappointed....!!!

Imagine you're in Tokyo dining at an enclave of modern Japanese expression. At the centre of a huge marble bar you watch head chef, Nobuyuki Ura, and his team serenely at work, precisely turning fresh fish into edible works of art. Welcome to sushi e. Adj
A top end Japanese restaurant with a very long and very cool marble bar that wraps around the sashimi and sushi chefs who create the magic !Itâs been a long while since I was last here and itâs nice to see that no complacency has set in.This is not a big Restaurant , however itâs attached to Hemmesphere ( fabulous bar /lounge ) where one can sip on a cocktail and also order from the Restaurant Any-who , back to the fabulous Sushi e. The food is outstanding . The bonito sashimi was sublime (the dressing to die for) ; the agedashi tofu was soooo yummy ; all of the various raw dishes and sushi were fresh / crisp / delicious.Favourite of the night were these irresistible lettuce tempura Balmain bug cups . Ohh and then of course there was the delicious and simply cooked ( to perfection ) beef .What stood out the most was the freshness of produce and the fabulous flavours . Beautiful balance .Service is top notch. The sushi chefs and floor staff make you feel very special . Good knowledge of wine . Very professional. Very efficient .Overall a fabulous choice if you are serious about Japanese Food .
