Itâs worth to eat in this restaurant instead of trying to go to the Garmisch-Partenkirchen city center, unless you are interested in a simply Bavarian kitchen. Weingartâs is a fine dining restaurant with fabulous view on Bavarian Alps. I had here very tasty beef tartar and the only reason why I donât give maximum rating points is the fact that my rib eye steak, ordered medium rare, was in fact prepared as medium.

We tried the hamburger, the raclette steak and the Groschtl that consists of 2 friend eggs and potatoes with a selección oficial meat. Everything was good and tasty. The waitress provided with coloring book and pencils for the child's entertainment. Waiting time was good as well as not expensive prices. If you are around, you will probably want to make a visit.

Visit this restaurant after go down from the peak.The kitchen is very creativity, the soup, the salad is all nice. The server is very friendly.I order special pork as main dish. The skin is very crispy, the flavor is mix of Chinese and Germany.Nice place

We had a schnitzel, a double beef burger and drinks for dinner. Meal was delicious, drinks cold, great service by the staff, well done. Nice cosy atmosphere inside. Prices reasonable.

Food is not exceptional, but slightly above standard Bavarian restaurant quality, noticeably using fresh ingredients. Service is friendly and always smiling, even though not really fast ( one waiter for all tables and probably only one cook can be understaffed, especially being frequented often by bikers passing by). Overall a good experience.

OMG we had the best evening here. The owner/delightful lady serving us was just the best. We cycled here from Wallgau and when we arrived the heavens opened. We ate pizza, salad and wine. All of which was fabulous. In fact the pizza was so good that much to the shock and horror of my husband I ordered (and ate) a second one (ok it was a mini but still....). The rain hadn't stopped by the time we needed to leave and the owner was so kind she even offered for us to take her umbrella. What a fun and memorable evening... Photo attached of my "food baby" after 2 pizzas.
