There is a decent range of food to choose from and both the entree of buffalo mozzarella and the ribery steak were great.Lovely sitting outside to watch sunset colors changing. The staff were very friendly explaining everything and suggesting wines.Only criticism was that the service and attention was very slow and this with the restaurant well under half full.So, go when you have a couple of hours spare for dinner.Hello Les LandauThanks for your Feedback!Itâs Nice that you enjoyed your stay with us!Of cours my Restaurant is Not made for a quick Snack for half an our of stay! Yesterday 16.07.18 we were fully Booker, twice with two seatings! From 6-8 and from 8 on......Some tables went inside, maby thats the reason why some things took longer. We went to Franz Josef for lunch and what amazing food I must say! We had the cream of asparagus soup, vegan chilli corn tofu and perch fillet with potatoes and salad. All the dishes were outstanding in taste and portion size. Both the ladies who were serving in the restaurant were extremely kind and always had a smile. We ordered one asparagus soup, so the lady asked us if we both would share it and got it served to us in two separate bowls without us telling to do so. The potatoes served with the fish fillet were lovely and buttery and the sauce was creamy and just what would go down well with fish. Also, not to forget.. they treated our daughter as a very important guest at the restaurant. She was readily given a book to read and a toy to play with. Happy with the overall hospitality. Highly highly recommend this restaurant.

Dinner here with family. Special menu- American month in addition to main menu. Homemade burgers, ribs etc but also huge selection of other food. Well presented, beautifully cooked and unusual. I had a dessert of blueberry muffin, chocolate mousse, ice cream, crumble and raspberry coulis- highly recommended and photo supplied. Will definitely be back, a new favourite place.

During our stay in St Martin we visited K2 three evenings in a row because it was so delicious! The venue is a cozy gem hidden in this little town! The atmosphere is modern and cozy with black and white photographs on the walls, wine shelves, and comfortable leather armchairs! The staff is friendly and polite, and on the third evening it felt like we were visiting some old friends!We tried the asparagus and parmesan soup, the beef soup, the chicken salad, Wiener schnitzel, cheeseburger, Asian wok, the chicken wrap, risotto with asparagus and fish, as well as the three sorbets! Kudos to the risotto! The best I have eaten not to mention that my partner ate half of it and he ears neither asparagus nor fish. Apparently, he eats them when they are that tasty! I can't wait to go back to K2!!!Greetings to the waiters and the chefs!

We ate here on the spur of the moment as we were driving past. We were surprised by how nice it was. We only wanted a light meal & the Club sandwich was big enough for the two of us to share after having the French Onion Soup. It was nice to see a sign up saying they'd appreciate everyone not using their mobile phones in the dining room. The waitresses were all in traditional dress & the service was quite good. They have, like a lot of hotels in Austria, half board and they had a Bain Marie set up with a wide selection of food & wines for those staying at the hotel. A nice meal at a good price.

We had a nice evening here with good Austrian Sekt and white wine. The locally caught fish is especially good.The service was a bit better than usual in central Europe.
