Reviewed By 701GIHotel is located in a quiet and lovely place very close to the beach. very clean and amazing food but after all the customer service is impeccable. The manager of the hotel is very friendly and very helpful in solving all problems. I highly recommend going there for both a family trip or a solo getaway.

Clean apartment
Reviewed By Andrew OBasic, very clean accommodation. We only used the room to sleep in. Fit purpose, there was an unpleasant smell on the balcony which prevented us from using it. We stayed for 6 nights and asked for a change of towels on day 4, the host reluctantly provided new ones. Complimentary bread, ham and milk on arrival. Convenient car parking working the complex. Air con is €4 a day extra, which is a must in the summer months. Located very conveniently in the village of Perivolia. Overall a good basic stay.

Disaster
Reviewed By ConFerreWhat a disaster... the "luxury" villas have no privacy, everybody can see each other, children were screaming, babies were shouting and there was loud music everywhere until 1 o'clock in the night. Pool was dirty and old. Some people was having barbecue and all the smoke was coming in our place. Maintenance people early in the morning working around. It was just like a local carnival.

A bus stop providing connection to the airport is 50 metres away, while Larnaca International Airport is 6 km away. The centre of Larnaca is 10 km away. Free private parking is available on site.

Reviewed By hayleylisterI booked to stay at these apartments to attend a nearby music festival. Unfortunately, three days before I had to return home to the UK as I had received some bad news. When I booked, it did say that it was none refundable but there was an option to ask for a waiver - I thought it was worth a go. I was then wrapped up with family and didn’t check my emails until the following morning. By which time I had received two one stating there was no refund (as expected-which is fair enough) and basically stating that it’s a very busy time of year and I wait until 3 days before to inform them????? but offering for me to take the two days at another time... which softened the tone marginally. And one at 5.30am uk time telling me that because I hadn’t responded that offer was no longer valid????? I totally understand that I was chancing it to get a refund but with all the information to hand a bit of consideration in terms of my response time would have been helpful. Not sure I’d stay there anyway now.
