This section of the Grand river is a real hidden gem. I have canoed from Caledonia to York and it is truly therapeutic. Lots of amenities in Caledonia, easy to get to and very pretty area.

Most beautiful bridge with cement arches .Soon to be torn down and replaced.Hopefully last minute change will change this bridge from destruction.Very picturesque,spans over the Grand River with walking trails on both sides.Dont bypass Caledonia go thru town to see the bridge,the only one like it around.

Corn season and availability fluctuate. You used to be able to buy the corn in town, now you must drive out to the farm so we buy it less.
