Alexandros and Giannis. Originally from Aegina and friends for over 10 years, with love for good Greek food, coffee and of course, pistachio of Aegina. We traveled, studied and met people who always had specific questions. How is the pistachio on the tree? How is his collection collected? What history does it have? That's why we came back to Aegina to find out to all visitors what it is that makes Aeginas pistachio special!

This is our bar/cafe of choice on our annual holiday in Hydra. It is great in the late afternoon to people and boat watch, or at night for the music and great atmosphere. The staff (or crew, as they are called), are very friendly and efficient. Prices are very reasonable for Hydra, and if you are regular, you get the odd free drink.
