we arrived very tired after a rough crossing to Roscoff and even though it was only just after midday our room was available immediately. And it certainly was a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the Abbey which was lit up at night. Dinner was not available in the hotel on Sunday nights so we had to forage elsewhere. The hotel was very pleasant, lovely staff, quiet rooms beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit, fresh juices, chilled water, lovely bread and croissants , ham and cheese. Just very good. Car parking @ â¬10 a night very well worth it. Definitely would stay there again. Recommend it.

Had dinner here while on a visit to Le Mans and staying in Sable sur Surthe. They had a lot of choice with very friendly staff. In the end, I went for the lamb - which was absolutely delicious.

The crepes here are to die for. A hole in the wall place where magic happens. We tried savoury galettes and sweet crepes and were so impressed with the quality of the food and the imaginative pairings.The staff of two, one serving and the other behind the stove were friendly and efficient.Prices were very reasonable for the quality.A bonus was the vintage French music playing, Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli.

This is a great little Italian restaurant - when we tired of French food, we gave it a try for lunch - and enjoyed the food so much we booked dinner two nights later and loved our dinner too. Easy to find and free parking is right across the street in the square.

We went with friends for lunch. All six of us had a great meal. we had the plat de jour which was excellent value for money. We would certainly return if ever in the area.
