Expecting the usual diner fare, we decided to try Superior since we were in the area. The menu selections were varied enough for all tastes. We had seafood which was not only cooked perfectly, but served attractively! Our server was attentive.

Great food and excellent service in a nice and clean and friendly atmosphere. We had crab cakes (best we ever had), fried haddock dinner, salmon dinner, fish and fries, and spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was well done and tasty. Salad bar had nice array of salads (macaroni, red beet, pasta,etc) as well as greens and veggies and a choice of 3 soups (lobster bisque was great) and breads. All fresh and tasty. The Boston Creme Cake and Cherry Cheesecake were also great. A busy Saturday night and our server was busy and we were seated along the back side of the bar and she was still able to be very attentive to our needs and we did not have to wait long for our food. Very pleasant experience.

We were headed for home and wanted to stop for breakfast/lunch. Yelp (to the rescue) helped me find the Hometown BB&G - a great choice. The place was HUGE and it had a big crowd. Our 25 minute wait was exactly what we were told when we checked in and it was worth waiting. The menus covered pretty much any sort of breakfast or lunch item that you might want and the service was quick once we were seated. Stopped to visit an old friend and it was lunch time. "where can I take you that isn't a chain?" and she suggested Trivet Restauarnt. Good Choice. We were there late for a normal lunch time, so plenty of seating and good service. They had maybe 6 items on the specials board, top item was Maryland Blue Crab ravioli. While I checked the whole menu, I chose the Crab Ravioli. My friend chose a salad. The ravioli might or might not have been from the freezer, but they were good. Served in their Alfredo sauce; OK but I'd maybe have made it a bit more cheesy, but they it would have over powered the ravioli. So. in the end, very good. She enjoyed her salad, and said it was good too.Our server was covering the entire restaurant, but service was excellent.

We were making a quick trip to pick up a purchase in Lancaster and stopped into the Bear Swamp on the way through Macungie . We had 2 nice sandwiches with fries and 2 ice teas . Clean place, quick and friendly service for $18 not bad at all .

I often have breakfast there and the waitresses are right there with the coffee and it never takes long for the food to come out. There's always plenty and tastes great!I've eaten dinner there several times. They have a very wide variety and they are very generous with their portions. They have specials which include soup or salad and sometimes dessert. Great value!
