The amenities are great, the staff is very professional and friendly. The beaches and the views are spectacular. This is one of the best properties on St Marteen!

Bakers Suites is a Family owned and operated boutique hotel. Centrally located in the heart of Simpson Bay. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, supermarkets, the airport and just a stone throw away from the beach. Our Suites all feature a king size bed, balcony and equipped with a kitchenette. With some suites having the feature to host a roll away bed. We also have an onsite car rental which can be pre arranged with affordable prices for our guests. Our mission is to satisfy the needs of each guest by providing affordable, clean, safe and friendly environment.

Reviewed By patrick ROur room was immaculately clean when we got there .We were even allowed an early check in without asking .Room had full kitchen .Shanay was very courteous at check in and out .Nian ,what a pleasant and helpful lady .Joycelyn and Christena kept our room nice and fresh daily ,thank you .Altogether thanks to everyone at Baker's Suites .Our stay was great .

Welcome to Commodore Suites, an all suite boutique hotel located in the heart of Simpson Bay, Sint Maarten. The hotel is built on top of the whole foods Market Garden Supermarket and opened its doors in February 2016. Commodore Suites has twenty-eight (28) deluxe suites and is a perfect balance of convenience and style. Commodore Suites is a minute walk from the popular Kim Sha Beach and walking distance from spas, shops, restaurants, bars & nightclubs.

Reviewed By jessicabentataWe had a wonderful stay at the commodor suites. What a beautiful and luxury place. We rented the penthouse, what felt like a movie entourage. We slept like a rose in the XXL bed and the bathroom has the wow factor. Everything is very clean and the staff member are lovely. They brought a smile to my face. An extra suprise was the jucci on the rooftop, so we could look at the stars while enjoying the warm water. You can also enjoy the view at sunset on the lounge set. The strange thing is that although Commodor suites is nearby a busy road, inside the apartment you don't hear any noise whatsoever. The view is great and its nearby the harbour. What's also great about this place is that the super market is just down stairs. So if you don't feel like going out for a bite (breakfast or dinner) you can help yourself at the deli with delicious food, fresh made everyday. I really recommend the commodor suites to everyone who's staying at the friendly eiland. So don't hesitate if you want to have a great experience. Thank you commodor suites Love Jessica

A hybrid between a typical hotel and an apartment, our suites are designed to be comfortably spacious, and equally affordable for any budget. Simpson Bay Suites is located between the island's two capitals, Marigot (French Side) and Philipsburg and is a short 4km (2.5mi) from the Princess Juliana International Airport, Saba Ferry, and the famous Maho Beach. Within a few minutes walking distance, you will find restaurants, water sports/activities, convenient stores, business center, commercial banking, breakfast cafés, the Yacht Club, and some of the top recommended night life in St. Maarten. Don't have a rental but want to get around? There are local pay buses nearby that can take you to either downtown on the Dutch or French Side. Our suites include many amenities. They feature a full sized kitchen, dining & living areas and include amenities such as kitchen appliances, stovetop oven, fridge, kitchenware, cable TV, hairdryer, safe, plus WiFi. Reviewed By ShawnaCanuckThis is an older property that is not fancy. That being said, it is clean, the suites are large and the staff go above and beyond to assist guests. The location is excellent and the balconies are a nice touch. Stayed here for one night as it was close to the marina. Will stay here again next Heineken Regatta. A friend had to quarantine here and I hear the family that runs it actually went out to get her groceries etc to make sure she was comfortable during her stay. Our other friend quarantined across the street at the Commodore which doubled his nightly rate when he tested positive and added a $300 cleaning charge to his bill - hugely different experience! While it doesn't have a pool, it is right across the street from the beach so you don't need a pool. Sit in the Buccaneer Beach Bar area (yellow umbrellas) - no charge if you order lunch and/or drinks. Drinks are reasonably priced ($3 Heineken is fair for beach seating). The staff here printed off my covid test results for me, called me a cab, stored my luggage without a charge - really what more can you ask for service wise from a small family run hotel. Definitely good value for money!

Reviewed By Helga MWe had a wonderful stay at The Cliff condos. We encountered a few stumbling blocks but STACEY,VANESSA AND EDDY were wonderfully helpful. I will say that the Lobby Bartender needs to be pleasant and not grumpy if hes going to be serving The Cliff guests. The market is walking distance.Thank you for everything.
