Joseph's Restaurant

I dont know why this place doesnt have better reviews. The food was fantastic as were the staff. They couldnt do more for you. It was spotlessly clean throughout. Its not the cheapest but worth every cent we paid and we would go back. The waitress even came running after us with a small gift saying they had enjoyed having us there.I will also upload photos of the fantastic food we were served.

I ate at the Restaurant Caprice for breakfast while staying at the Hotel Lahnschleife in Weilburg. The food was great with a good variety. The staff was also very friendly. I recommend this restaurant.

We had a lunch in a small group - Simple food, friendly hostess, great experience. Pork knuckle was very soft and tasty, goose dish very different but still great. Recommended.

Remembering that Weilburg is a small city and it's pretty quite at night, I feel lucky to found Tommy's. Had a great night with friends. The place is nice, friendly staff and good values. I would recommend you to try the local beer, Weilburger.

We were six and tried different plates from the today's special list. All very very good. Also the deserts were very good but unfortunately the cheese plate was not available.

Turmschmiede

This doesn't look anything special from the outside - slightly scruffy Biergarten, with tables and chairs, big umbrella/sunshade and atmospheric lights, but inside has good ambience, and friendly staff. We happened to hit a time when the Steinpilze - forest mushrooms - were on specials, and it was so worth paying extra for !! I had them in a sauce with some sort of noodly dumplings, my husband had the Schnitzel version. These were preceded by a shared salad, which came on 2 plates, and would have fed 4! (German portions are huge!)The best meal we'd had in Germany so far. With several drinks - beer, wine and water - it came to about €55, and was worth every penny.
