Against many other recommendations of the island this beach is definitively clean and free from plastic trash on the beach. Many restaurants switched from plastic to glass trinking straw. You can there directly from Sihanoukville for 20$ include a return ticket. We used the buva sea speed boat and had no problems with them. They were just in time and received the coconut beach with multiple stops on other peers (Koh Rong etc) in 1,5 hours.

For me its must visit place in Cambodia and one should spend at least 2-3 nights here. Now there are many places and hotels around and it depends upon your budget and kind of adventure your looking at a) Luxury - Royal Sands b) Nature lover - Lonely planet resort c) Culture lover - Homestay at PREK SVAY village So multiple options and multiple activities to do. You got white sand beaches, skin sand beaches, beaches with jungles, multiple trekking tracks, multiple cycling tracks and obviously many sea activities (depending upon where your staying) Highly recommended if travelling to Cambodia

I went to police beach 3 times! And i still not get enough! It's one of my favourite place in this world. They do really good party two time a week that never ended! Until sunrise you can dance under the stars and with sea breeze, with a least 4-5 different and great djs and a lot of magic locals dancers!!! after sunrise follow the sun that will bring you to the after party! The rest of the week you can just relax in one of the quitest place in the island. Yes, because Police Beach it's like dott jakyll and mr hyde: two time a week play hard, the rest of the week enjoy the silence still with good vibes! The beach its just perfect , the water have 2000 of different shades of blue, sea stars, plancton , baby locals! They renewed all the bungalows and now you can feel the soul of Katia , the artist! Mauro and Omer create something very magical. And all the crew that work for then have just one idea: be happy now! I'm glad to lived that experience few times! And when i want to escape from reality this is the place where my mind ( and my body if I can) go! Sooo: ESCAPE FROM REALITY , GO TO POLICE BEACH AND LIVE YOUR REAL LIFE ☀️ Love to all of you❤
