Who wants to sit in unclean environment. Not a nice atmosphere for families with kids. I found the atmosphere and the setting way too uncomfortable. The tables were empty and we were the only people there! My husband did liked his chicken wings, despite it being dry. Overall, the food wasn't great, and it seemed more like a high-school hangout or a kiddie video arcade, than a nice sports bar.

kids eat free was a nice deal, but.......took a very long time to get our beverages, then took longer than average to have our order taken, then we waited.......waited.......waited......finally the grand kids orders came. Then waited......waited........waited, finally had to ask where the adults food was. There was a table of 4 that came in a sat after our order was in, and got their food before we did. Now this place wasn't even very busy. WE actually saw a couple get up and walk out. So after we ask, they scramble to get our orders out. Now, our food was all very good, prices were ok. So now the grand kids want to swim more so I send everyone to go have fun. I now sit for nearly fifteen minutes waiting for my card back, they are cleaning our table !!! Finally get my card back.......young gal, musta been an assistant manager, took $30.00 about off our bill with out me complaining. This was appreciated. Food great, prices great, but actual service is terrible.

we go there for happy hour now and then. It's alright, but the food is worth stopping for. Hamburgers is what we get most of the time.

We went to El Loro a few days ago and were very pleased. I had a combination lunch plate (chalupa, enchilada and cheese quesadilla) and my wife had the fajitas. All of it was very tasty. The homemade chips and two types of salsa were also very good. Cost for lunch items seems to run $8 or $9 - well worth it considering the quality of the food.

Nice and clean, friendly service. The lunch special was tasty. Though I prefer food with less salt and sauce to really enjoy the flavour of the food.A couple flies kept us company during the meal and we did not really appreciate their company.

We liked Torey's when it was in the west end. Now that they've opened a beautiful new venue downtown, we LOVE it! Our city hasn't had an authentic "dinner club" for fine dining since Jerry's closed 10 years ago. Excellent, adventurous cuisine, expanded bar and food menus. Torey may be the hardest working man in the Owatonna restauranteur and pub industry. He pitches in when needed, anywhere. We saw him cleaning chairs one afternoon. We love that this is a local, family owned venue. Delicious food, great pub for hanging out with a full bar & largest selection of alcohol in Southern MN. And a fun martini menu, to boot! Service is friendly and attentive. Lunch buffet M-F with yummy, satisfying comfy foods, Happy Hours weekdays. There's a fabulous, large venue upstairs--with TWO bars--for meetings, receptions, music, dancing, parties. There's even a new elevator! Check out the pony wall festooned with authentic, charming tin ceiling tiles which were discovered during renovation of this lovely historic building. Two doors--front, and in the back where there's ample free parking. .Thank you for giving us a great review and for recommending our restaurant to others. I'm sure our entire restaurant staff enjoyed catering to your needs as much as you enjoyed your visit. Take care, Kristi!
