One of the best takeaway restaurants i Kalmar. It´s not a place to sit and eat but more of takeaway restaurant. The location is not great but it´s close to one of the shopping malls in Kalmar. Another pro is that the food is very cheap by Swedish standard.

Small and cosy sushi place with well prepared sushi. On the minus side, the shrimps are not certified, but there was good flexibility in replacing them. Set menus and take out provided. Would definitely return if craving for sushi in Kalmar another time.

The lunch buffet is one of the best deals in Kalmar. Excellent selection although probably not much to chose if you are vegetarian. Only had 2 vegetarian dishes when I visited. Lots of nice beef, chicken and pork dishes as well as a decent fried squid. The braised pork was excellent and reminded me of food I had in Singapore. Not sure how much the dishes change but definitely worth a visit. Not much in ambiance but cant expect much at a buffet.

02 dec 2016 Thai silk palaceOne price for all buffet restaurant. Only 100 Sek each. Drinks (lemonades, koffie, lättöl) included. Very good sushi, buffet also a variety of different tastes. Don't expect culinairy dishes but everything tastefull. Many good sauces and side dishes. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Because of the price/quality a 5 out of 5.

We went for the buffet and we did not regret. Good variety, fresh and with quite good beer included in the price.Sitting outside in the warm Swedish summer weather was a good choice: it was quite warm inside.The place is next to the square and strangely they allow cars to drive by 1 meter from the outside seating.
