Wow just fab!! What a beautiful place to visit the whole place is beautiful beautiful birds n aquatic animals who all look happy n healthy the sealion show.and the dolphin show are fantastic and astonishing so funny too.the only negative is the restaurant little bit pricey for what they provide but welcome relief if its slightly wet outside all in all fab few hours in a beautiful place n worth the money defo go again

What a superb zoo!! Due to being out of season it was lovely to walk around with hardly any other guests and temperatures that were really comfortable to hike about it. The zoo is well sign posted and has arrows on the ground to keep you right. We visits zoo‘a and Safari parks often and this one definitely has some of the best sized enclosures we have seen. The animals look well cared for and healthy. The only bit we thought looked a bit on the small size was the lion enclosure. Prices were reasonable at €20 (out of season prices, €33 peak season). Reasonable for ice creams and juices given your captive audience (approx 3€). Huge selection of animals to discover... our favourite was the talking Macaw Parrot that was sitting close by the start of the park... the parrots are free to fly about which is lovely to see. The park has mobility scooters and buggies to rent at reasonable prices (7€ for a buggie). Would imagine these go quick in peak season and there was an abundance of them so get there quick. Overall a fantastic day out!!!????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

We spent around 90 minutes here looking around at the sea creatures, watching the informative video and reading the information pieces. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time and for €3 for adults and €1.50 for kids, it is absolutely brilliant value and a nice break from the hot sun for a while! The conservation work they do here is amazing as well and the staff are really friendly - well recommended!

Rio Safari Elche is an animal park at Santa Pola-Elche road, in Costa Blanca. It is located in an oasis with more than 4000 palm trees. A good place for families and children. Visitors can enjoy a nice journey and relax, meeting more than one hundred animal species. Enjoy Splash Park during summer, the new water park of Rio Safari Elche with pools, many toboggans, water falls, children playground, baby area and restaurant. A very interesting day out, fun filled with exciting animals at every turn. We took our 8 year old Grandson for a day out while on holiday in Salinas and this is what he chose. He loved it! So many different animal species to see, all very well looked after and healthy looking. Plenty of fascinating information on each enclosure in several languages for those who don't speak Spanish. Lots of stops throughout the Safari park for a bite to eat, a cool drink or just a little rest (as a disabled lady with walking sticks this was perfect for me) We spent most of the day at the park and our Grandson wasn't bored or fed up once! The sea lion performance was a favourite as was the giraffe which we were able to feed. Very reasonable entry fee with a train ride around the park thrown in with the price. Thoroughly enjoyed our day out. X
