Sascha's Grill

Sascha's was recommended by a friend. This small shop serves a fantastic kebob. I always choose the Yufka, a burrito like kebob that was loaded with meat, vegetables and a garlic yogurt sauce. The minute you finish one you wonder if you have room for a second.

New York Doner

Met up with some coworkers for a late lunch here. The food was good, although know you're getting a deli-style casual restaurant. I ordered the Margarita pizza and was very impressed. Husband ate a Doner and enjoyed the spicy sauce. Overall this restaurant has options that should satisfy a variety of preferences.

Ali Baba

Ali is the best. His döner is of far better quality than other options. Choice is limited. (No chicken döner, etc...). This is a one-man operation. The sauce is tasty, the meat crispy, juicy and flavorful and the veggies fresh. As he'll tell you, the falafel is great. This is a take-out place. There isn't a lot of room. There is also usually a wait (mostly Germans) and for good reason. Ali isn't overtly friendly but he's very nice. Go in knowing what you want. If you see something on the menu that has a clock drawn next to it, ask for it ahead of time even if it's not your turn. Also, parking is usually a problem. There are lots up and down the hill from Ali's but no parking in front of the shop.

This is a really nice place to eat. The owner is friendly, speaks English and my husband and I eat here regularly since our arrival to Germany. We have tried other Doner restaurants, but this is by far our favorite. It is affordable and well worth a visit.

Quda Grill-Pizzeria

Reviewed By RussS225

Checked this place out during a short visit to Ramstein as I craved a döner. A friend recommended the Lahmacun to split. It was filled with grilled meat, fresh veggies and a delicious sauce. The fresh veg gave it a nice crunch and the sauce tames the slightly salty meat. If hungry I could have eaten a whole one myself but you can split one and still be satisfied. I will make another pass to try a few other items, but I would recommend Quda based on my first experience.
