In 2013 cheese making was added. In 2018 private group tours were added to share an inside look at where your milk comes from. Our small herd produces milk we buy at the grocery and what goes into Ed-Mar's raw milk cheeses. No antibiotics or artificial hormones are present in our milk, ever.
