Being a quilter, I never pass up a quilt shop. And this one is a great place to see. Hope, the owner, is a very pleasant and helpful person. The lines of fabrics and all the colors was fun to see. It satisfied my quilt craving for our vacation. I'll go back when in Snyder, TX.

The Scurry County Museum is a family friendly place that Scurry County residents and folks “just passing through” can enjoy visiting. Our beautiful permanent exhibit showcases the history of the region, and our South Gallery rotating exhibit hosts a wide variety of additional exhibits, art shows and special events.
The folks working there do a great job with the rotating presentations, programs for kids and adults and the static displays. Well worth the time to visit and peruse, but don't forget to talk to the staff as well. And since they have the rotating...MoreThank you for your kind words. We always appreciate repeat visitors who come back to learn more. We try to have a lot of fun around here. Thanks again and stop by anytime!

From the outside, this looked like a quaint little restaurant on the town square. Upon entering, it looked like a bar and we started to turn around and walk out the door. However, we had seen their menu and it looked enticing so we decided to give it a try. The food turned out to be delicious but we had to order several different things before we found something they weren't out of. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper and customers had to use paper towels. All in all, it seemed like the owners were ill-prepared to be open for business that day. Such a shame, because there is potential in their excellent location and ability to serve good food.

A cute little store on the historic Snyder Square, this shop is located in a building from the early 1900s. Lots of history in these brick walls. Grab a glass soda from the Cocal Cola box and enjoy shopping. We carry antiques, junk, home decor, candles, bath/body products, clothing, specialty foods, and much more.
I love this store! It has clothing for children and ladies. There are many antiques in the store and the staff is very helpful.
