Dear Guests, we are closed from September till April. "Skrika" is an artisan company in which we cultivate herbs, distill essential oils, make natural cosmetics, olive oil, liqueurs and brandy. We are located in the town of Skrip, on the island of Brac, within the traditional dalmatian estate there is distillery, sales and space for testing.

The museum is located in the very pretty village of Skrip. We found the place by chance and were delighted we did. The curator was a lovely woman who was knowledgeable, clearly proud of her heritage to the island, spoke articulately in English and did so with a great ability to tell stories to both young and old. The museum is relatively small but has a number of items which reflect the Islands history. For 20Kuna entrance fee for adults this was a lovely place to stop off and spend an hour.

If you visit museum of Brač make sure to go when the curator is there (untill 4pm). She is really an amazing storyteller about all the things Brač has to offer. She knows literally everthing and she presents it in a way you really get the vivid picture. Be prepared for a lot of information, cause her knowledge just doesnt stop. We (me and my girlfriend) were very pleased with the visit but also a bit exhausted from all the data. Highly recommend!
