We invariably call in here for Sunday Lunch which of course is a British tradition even when on holiday.
The food is plentiful and well cooked and offers a choice of main course meats.
I have never been able to manage three courses and find a starter and main quite sufficient.
Andrea as been running the place single handed during the more recent past and is doing an excellent job assisted by her mother-in-law Pauline and other family members.
The food is always very good and the menu varied.
So please continue to patronise this venue because it is the only English venue in Santiago.

Took this nice boat trip on a lovely late summer day to La Manga. Staff friendly, boat comfortable and roomy. Unfortunately there was precious little to occupy our 4 hours in La Manga and the port is long walk from facilities. Not really suitable for walkers, it would be better to take or hire a bike. Not sure of the reason so many people rave about this place, it is a concrete jungle, soulless and uninteresting. Decent supermarket and a friendly coffee shop about sums it up.

Excellent value for money, carts all very even and track well designed. We had a group of 10 of us, €38 for 5 mins practice, 10 mins qualifying then two 10 lap races. (Visited another place that wanted €30 for 8 mins!) Staff all speak good english and had bar/coffee shop. 10/10.

We’re staying down the road near Los Alcazares and it’s no comparison to this area in my opinion as there’s a much more authentic feel due to the mainly Spanish locals who frequent here and general cleanliness. The main beach is wide and the Promenade much prettier with numerous cafes and imposing yacht club building. The town area behind the beach has further bars and cafes, with everything very reasonably priced. The ferry to La Manga Tomas Maestre marina departs here for the 30min or so crossing. Parking near the front can be a bit tricky at weekends.

Situated just off the Promenade it’s difficult to decide on a review score as with its modern design inside and out it’s so different from the type of church you would normally expect to see in Spain - there’s even an enclosed planted atrium with windows looking in from congregation area. A large mosaic mural adorns the wall behind the Altar and another smaller is above street entrance, with Stages of the Crucifiction along the two interior side walls. However, it’s still worth a look if in the area and have a few minutes to spare.
