Whatever I will write will be very poor to what you can experience here! It worths visiting it million times. Clean seawater, clean sandy Beaches, clean beach bars with super quick service in very compatible prices. Super!!! Thank you Ammolofoi! I always have a good time when I visit you every summer.

It used to be a place for free camping. Very dirty and noisy. Thank God is forbidden now but the beach bar there left none space on the beach for people that do not want to sit by them. This should be forbidden as well.

על גבעה המשקיפה לים ליד כפר הדיגים ניאה פארמוס עומדים שרידי מצודה ביזנטית בעלת כל מאפייני הבניה של ביצורי אותה תקופהחוקרים סבורים שהיא מצודת אנאקטראופולי שהיתה קיימת בין המאות העשירית לחמש עשרה.תיעוד שהתגלה לאחרונה מאשר כי היא נבנתה בין .1167-1170 במטרה להגן על נתיבי השיט בין סלוניקי לאיסטמבול.אחרי הביבוש העותמני עבר הישוב אל אלאפטארס הלא רחוקה מאימת פירטים שהטילו את מוראם באיזור.
נוף נהדר של המפרץ נשקף משרידי המצודה ואלמלא הצפונית שהחלה לנשוב בעוצמה היינו נשארים עוד.
