From late November until New years, the Rotary Club has provided over a million lights on the zoo grounds. It is beautiful and you can tour it by foot or car. They have an FM radio station that you can tune in and listen to Christmas Music as you slowly drive through. If on foot there is a place with Santa and extensive walkways. Admission is a free will donation or can goods for the area food pantries. It is well worth the time to visit this attraction.

The owners, Clyde and Nancy Wynia are artists. She's studied glass blowing in Milan, Italy. He used to be an attorney. Delightfully wicked sense of humor in each of them! So incredibly talented. There's no pressure to buy anything, the park has delightful surprises for all ages in every nook of it. Clydes dialogue is epic. I have brought every out of town guest here, I've heard Clyde's presentation about 8 times and have visited Nancy's Studio that many times also. Each time is enjoyable. Please treat yourself and visit. Couples, friends, family of all ages, alone or with a business associate--all will enjoy it.

Joe & Bernadine Weber's Nature Park

While waiting for my wife to complete her visits to the UW campus in Marshfield, I decided to see what was at the end of Fifth Street. I was rewarded for my curiosity by finding a very nice little park. I took a nice hike and saw plenty of wildlife as I walked. I like snakes; and I saw at least a dozen garder snakes. Sitting next to the pond is an exercise in serenity. If you are attracted to places of peace and nature, it would behoove you to visit this pretty place.
